I gave them permission to park in my driveway because my street is no parking on my side. They took the liberty to fix a radiator hose in my driveway and spill antifreeze on my concrete. The owner cancelled on me twice, then wouldn't return my text on the 3rd day they were supposed to arrive. I can see there are places screws are missing, the ridge vent isn't screwed down and the door hinge wasn't tightened right. There are a bunch of scratches on my shed that I don't know if are from the contractor or manufacturer because they didn't tell me anything. The owner never smiled, even when we brought them a burger since they were working soo late. They had to borrow my ladder and the one employee told me at least 3 times how the job sucked and they'd never do one of these jobs again. I don't wish for this review to be public since these men were at my house. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I partially blame kandu for this for improperly vetting their contractors. Why a business that's never done a shed like that would allow a company to take that job, specifically a job that big baffles me.
Leonard is a great worker man of his word. when he says he's coming to fix or adjust the unit that needs to be addressed he takes care of it.
