Please know the assembler himself was personable and did a wonderful job and communicated before and during the job. The manager, Carlos, did not communicate at all, which made me wonder if they were even still in business. The uncertainty of being ghosted was horrible. The assembler redeemed the experience or I would rate Out of the Box as 0.
